Brassinolide is recognized as the sixth largest plant hormone in the world. It has the functions of promoting growth, promoting root at seedling stage, improving stress resistance, increasing yield and quality, synergistic effect and eliminating phytotoxicity. It is widely used in oil and grain. Crops, fruit trees, vegetables and other dozens of major crops.
24-Hybrid epibrassinolide (about 60%-70% is 22, 23, 24-epibrassinolide, about 30%-40% is 24-epibrassinolide), 24-epibrassinolide Brassinolide, 28-epihomobassinolide, 28-homobrassinolide, 14-hydroxybrassinosterol.
At present, only 14-hydroxy brassinosterol, a compound called natural brassinolide, is extracted from rapeseed pollen, but researchers from the United States Department of Agriculture spent 10 years to extract from 225kg of rapeseed Only 10 mg of samples were extracted from the pollen. According to a reasonable calculation, about 100,000 mu of rapeseed flowers can only extract 27 mg (ie 0.027 g) of pure natural brassinolide.
Although brassinolide has a wide range of applications, almost all crops can be used; from seed soaking to recovery of tree vigor after harvesting, the entire crop growth process can be used; various application methods, such as seed dressing, seed soaking, drip irrigation, root spraying, leaf spraying to navigation Spray, etc.; comprehensive efficacy, convenient mixing, wide application concentration range, known as “panacea”.
However, in these cases, the “panacea” brassin must be disabled
1. It is forbidden to mix with alkaline pesticides and fertilizers
Brassin lactone should not be mixed with alkaline fertilizers: calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, plant ash, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, nitro compound fertilizer, ammonia water, etc., and cannot be used with alkaline pesticides: Bordeaux mixture, lime sulfur mixture Wait, otherwise there may be drug damage.
2. Do not mix with herbicides
Brassin can alleviate the phytotoxicity of herbicides. If weeds absorb brassin, the herbicidal effect will be reduced. It is recommended to use the two at an interval of more than 7 days.
3. Do not spray brassin in the prosperous plots
Brassin can promote the division of cells in the plant and has the effect of promoting growth. However, when there is a flourishing plot, it is necessary to control the flourishing as soon as possible, rather than spraying brassin.
4. Do not spray brassin in rainy days or when there is rain within 6 hours
After the brassin is sprayed on the leaves of the crops, it will take a certain time to be absorbed by the crops. If it rains, the rain will wash away the medicinal liquid, and at the same time, it will also dilute a certain concentration, resulting in the great effect of the brassin. Lower, so watch the weather forecast in advance when spraying brassin.
5. Brassinolide cannot be used at high temperature
Foliar spraying of brassin should not be done at noon, that is, when the temperature is the highest. At this time, the leaf surface evaporates quickly. First, it is not easy for crops to absorb it. At the same time, it is to prevent the rapid evaporation of water at high temperature and increase the concentration of brassin solution.
6. Do not use in high concentrations
Brassinolide is a chemical substance with a biomimetic sterol structure. It has a certain concentration suitable for use. If the concentration is too high, it will not only cause waste, but may also inhibit crops to varying degrees.
7. Brassinolide is not a foliar fertilizer
Brassinolide is a plant growth regulator, which belongs to the category of pesticides, not foliar fertilizer. Brassinolide itself has no nutrition. It indirectly regulates crop growth by regulating the plant’s endogenous hormone system, which is very similar to foliar fertilizers. Good compatibility, but brassinolide itself has no nutrients, so it is necessary to ensure the supply of nutrients, and the integration of “water, fertilizer and adjustment”, so that the brassinolide can play a better role in the plant.
